Who we are
Take a NAP is built by Softaware Ltd. (Софтауеър ООД, UIC 206609469), a software company in Sofia, Bulgaria. The first version launched on the Shopify App Store in September 2022. Since then the product has grown to 20 integrations, among them Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Stripe, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop, GombaShop, Sellavi, myPOS and DSK Bank, plus a public API for custom setups.
What we do
One thing, properly: reporting online sales to the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency under the alternative regime of Ordinance H-18. Take a NAP generates the monthly audit file and sends electronic receipts to your customers, automatically, for every paid order. We track changes to the ordinance and to the NRA’s XSD schemas and update the software so you do not have to.
Who is responsible
Support is handled by the Softaware team, the people who build the product, not an outsourced call centre. Write to [email protected] or open a ticket from the app and you get a reply within one working day.
