## Cash Register for Online Store? **No, Thanks.**

Ordinance Н-18 requires documenting every sale. But **you don't need a cash register**. The law provides an [Alternative Regime](https://nra.bg/wps/portal/nra/fiskalni-ustroystva-supto-i-e-magazini/page.turgovia-v-internet-i-e-magazini/page.lternativen-rejim-za-registrirane-i-otchitane-na-prodajbite) — instead of paper receipts from a fiscal device, you submit an **audit file** once a month and send **digital receipts** to customers.

### 🗂️ One File per Month

The **audit file** is an XML document with all your sales — cards, cash on delivery, postal money orders. You submit it to the NRA between the **1st and 15th**. Take a NAP generates it and sends it to you ready.

### 📧 Document to Customer

Instead of a paper receipt — you send a **digital receipt** with QR code, items and VAT. The customer receives it by email. You don't need a cash register. Everyone is happy.

### 📦 What About Cash on Delivery?

For cash on delivery choose **postal money order** or **fiscal receipt from the courier** on your behalf. Card payments with a document from Take a NAP + cash on delivery with reporting through the courier = no cash register ✅
